I will guide you with gentle cues if I need you to adjust position. We play soft, instrumental music and use ambient lighting to support your relaxation. This is your time. We are honored to hold this space for you.

5. Practical Preparation for Your Appointment

Embracing the disconnect is easy with a little preparation. Here’s how to plan for your visit to our Duluth studio.

Before You Arrive

Handle any urgent calls or messages on your drive over. Set an auto reply if needed. Inform key people (like family or childcare) that you will be unavailable for about two hours. This small step eliminates the underlying anxiety of "missing something."

At the Studio

When you arrive, we’ll have you complete any final paperwork. Then, during the consultation and drawing phase, you are welcome to use your phone. Once we begin the numbing process and you are comfortably positioned, that’s our cue to begin the quiet time. I will gently remind you, and you can place your phone on silent in our basket.

After Your Procedure

Once the procedure is complete and we are reviewing the results and aftercare, you are welcome to reunite with your phone and take all the photos you’d like. You’ll leave not only with beautiful enhancements but often with a sense of renewed calm.
