1. Do you want a change in shape or color?

A lift changes the curl of natural lashes. It does not by itself make pale lashes darker. If color is your main concern, explain that during the consultation instead of assuming a darker result is included.

2. What result would make the appointment worthwhile?

Bring an example of the curl you like and describe how you usually wear your lashes. Ask what can be achieved with your own length and direction of growth. A lift does not add extra lashes.
